You don’t have to have the cleanest, newest, most expensive shoes out there, but if you’re wearing your gym shoes from high school that have duct tape on the sole, or mud from the construction site on your boots, you’re not putting off the best image. Shoes can show women your true sense of style and identity, so choose your footwear carefully.

It’s not just your clothing that women notice. Do you have long dirty fingernails? Do you have a neck beard blends into the finely knitted sweater? These things may seem like common sense, but you’d be surprised at how many woman complain about going out with someone who smells, or has dirt under their fingernails. If your facial hair is not well-kept or you stink, they might assume that you don’t have a good job, or even a job at all! Take a shower, comb your hair, clip your nails, and show women that you care about them enough to care about your own appearance.
